Brent Kunz, PE, SE
Structural Engineer/Associate
Mr. Kunz is a Structural Engineer specializing in design, inspection, evaluation and structural analysis of bridge structures. He joined the firm in 1999.

Mr. Kunz earned an MSCE and a BSCE from the University of Illinois. He is a registered professional engineer and a licensed structural engineer in Illinois. His industry affiliations include the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Structural Engineers Association of Illinois. Mr. Kunz was recently named 2008 Young Civil Engineer of the Year by ASCE-IL.

D. David Moses, PE
Civil Engineer/Associate
Mr. Moses is a Civil Engineer specializing in geometrics, drainage, cross sections, earthwork, site grading, paving details, erosion control, and maintenance of traffic for numerous highway reconstruction jobs, including new and replacement highway / railroad grade separations. He joined the firm in 2000.

Mr. Moses earned an MSCE and a BSCE from the University of Illinois. He is a registered professional engineer in Illinois.

Robert Rose, PE
Resident Engineer/Associate
Mr. Rose is a Resident Engineer. He joined the firm in 1999. He has provided construction services for railroad, highway and bridge projects.

Mr. Rose earned his BSCE from the University of Illinois. He is a registered professional engineer in Illinois. He has passed numerous IDOT and ICORS certification classes.
