Careers: Internships

The internship program at Bowman, Barrett & Associates Inc. (BB&A) is open to both undergraduate and graduate students interested in gaining real world engineering experience. We accept various disciplines into our program and seek qualified candidates.

The Human Resources Department accepts resumes for our internship program from February 1 until March 31 and conducts interviews in April. Our internship program begins in May and ends during August. Many of our interns remain with BB&A in the future, whether it is continuing the internship program or, after graduation, finding a position as a full-time employee.

As an intern you will be paired with a mentor, in an area of applicable expertise, and experience how the engineering world operates on a day-to-day basis. BB&A offers a chance to work in either civil, structural, or construction services on projects that include airports, bridges, buildings, highways and railroads.

Due to limited openings in the program, we recommend that candidates apply early. It is an exciting time to work in the engineering industry.

The internship submittal deadline is March 31.
