Firm Announces New President
Chicago, IL — October 3, 2003 - Bowman,
Barrett & Associates Inc. (BB&A) announces the promotion
of James Daum, PE, from the position of Executive Vice President
to President. Daum has over 25 years of experience in highway,
railroad, transit and airport projects. With his strategic vision
and strong leadership skills, BB&A will continue its success
in the industry.

Daum earned a BSCE from the University of Illinois and an MSCE
from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is a registered
professional engineer in three states, including Illinois and
is the past Chairman of the P&D Division of the Illinois
Road and Transportation Builder's Association.
