BPC Airport Partners (BPC), a joint venture led by BB&A, provides Master Civil Engineering services for the O’Hare Modernization Program (OMP). The OMP reconfigures the airport’s intersecting runways into a more modern, parallel layout. The $6.6 Billion OMP is one of the largest construction projects in the country at one of the world’s busiest airports. It will substantially reduce delays in all weather conditions and increase capacity at the airfield, allowing O’Hare to meet the region’s aviation needs well into the future. BPC is responsible for conceptual design on civil projects comprising the OMP as well as selected other OMP projects and any selected elements of the Capital Improvement Plan at the airport. BPC completes design and construction documents on select projects as directed by the City.
